Framing - As collectors ourselves we have seen many beautiful paintings marginalised or made ordinary by a poor selection of frame. We believe that the framing of a painting is almost as important as the art work itself - it gives the context and surround within which the painting must exist.

For this reason we have established close working relationships with quality and established framers with whom we work to provide the right framing solution to each subject painting. In many cases an artist’s choice of frame is absolutely right for the painting but the customer might prefer a different style or colour of frame that will better suit the surroundings at home. In some cases the client simply loves the painting but not the frame.

Whatever the reason, it is no problem to arrange for a change of frame, or to simply frame a piece of art supplied by the client. We will advise the client and liaise with the framer on the client’s behalf.

The Gallery carries sample boards with a selection of frames that can be used for guidance purposes. Our preferred option is always to assume responsibility for the framing to the client’s specification, undertaking the whole process on the client’s behalf.

Interior design advice and guidance - Over the past 20 years we have moved home 7 times and have carried out numerous refurbishment, redecoration and home improvement projects. Many friends have commented on our seemingly natural flair for creating environments that are functional as well as fashionable and in particular have openly admired our solutions in soft furnishings and textures.

This has given us the confidence to offer our advice as a service which can be as much or as little as the client wishes and of course can now include the selection of quality art from artists who’s work we believe will fit the clients taste and surroundings both in subject and colour/tone.

Corporate art purchasing - With direct access to a portfolio of prominent artists we can advise on the appropriate bulk purchase of art for use in display at reception areas, office corridor environments, executive office suites, board rooms and private consultation areas etc. This service is provided free of charge for art purchased through the Gallery and can be done in such a way as to ensure that art purchased acts as a company asset with capital appreciation as an aim.
